p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Assist in, and potentially lead project pursuits, including management of the overall design RFQ and RFP response, development of the GMP, and management / coordination of team members, including design team, trade partners, internal operations teams, marketing, etc. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
