p/>In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 303, our agency supports second-chance employment for individuals who were previously incarcerated or justice-involved. Job duties include but not limited to: Develop and implement individualized plans of rehabilitation services for eligible consumers, -To orchestrate and oversee the provision of planned services, -To directly provide guidance and counseling and job placement assistance, To develop and maintain networks of service providers, employers, and community resources, To engage in various administrative duties (including case service documentation, caseload management, program and fiscal planning, and staff and other administrative meetings), To participate in training and professional development activities.
