DEPARTMENTAL SUMMARY: The Biomedical Services team provides a safe, comfortable, healing environment for our patients, visitors, and caregivers by maintaining all medical devices in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements.
To be acceptable the program must 1 lead to a bachelors degree in a school of engineering with at least one program accredited by ABET or 2 include differential and integral calculus and courses more advanced than first-year physics and chemistry in five of the following seven areas of engineering science or physics a statics dynamics b strength of materials stress-strain relationships c fluid mechanics hydraulics d therm. Coordinates with ANG Civil Engineer Directorate and Engineering Divisions selected civilian engineer andor the Navy Facilities EngineeringCorps of Engineers COE offices on higher echelon-approved projects under the Military Construction Program and Real Property Maintenance Programs and requirements pertinent thereto.
