Serves as the operations manager of the department by facilitating daily rounds, developing strategies for timely crisis evaluations and dispositions to reduce patient length of stay, supervising and evaluating behavioral health staff, developing the monthly schedule, approving payroll, and providing efficient financial management.

Includes communication with Research Administration regarding use of funds, the Partners Human Resource Committee when working with IRB submissions, and with the Principal Investigator to complete assigned duties for all assigned clinical trial projects.
