Qualifications: Five (5) years of experience as a BI developer, database developer, or related role • Experience with RDBMS and SQL Server • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server stack, including T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS • Data engineering and BI development experience within the property and casualty insurance industry • Tableau reporting and administration experience • Experience designing and delivering reports, dashboards, datasets, and related applications for compliance, financial, and operational insurance reporting within property and casualty insurance • Ability to identify and troubleshoot complex SQL code • Ability to clearly explain technical tasks and processes to non-technical business associates • Experience mentoring junior team members. Business Intelligence Developer analyzes, designs, and codes advanced data solutions that support the property and casualty insurance industry, including complex data development, reporting, and business intelligence deliverables.
