In this role, the selected individual will direct activities and projects related to the assigned to the team, including project initiation, planning & analysis, development, testing/user acceptance, deployment, and ongoing production support. They will also monitor service levels of production systems and compliance with service level agreements and ensure that program documentation, including flow charts and test cases, is developed and maintained for all assigned applications.
