THE DAY-TO-DAY: • Provide credit applications to guests, inform them of required information, and review completed applications to ensure all necessary details are included • Collaborate closely with Corporate Credit to ensure all credit checks are conducted thoroughly • Create Players Club accounts for new guests, entering their biographical data, and updating existing accounts with any new information provided • Conduct data research through Central Credit • For properties with safety deposit boxes, open and close boxes for hotel guests and provide access during their stay • Contact banking establishments to obtain bank ratings and verify issued checks, scan and record identification and signatures into the computer system • Assist in completing and distributing Cage paperwork as needed • Perform weekly audits of safety deposit boxes and report findings to cage management • Gather information and record it on affidavits for executive review.
