Partner with Recruiting & HR Manager to plan and coordinate all aspects of 1L, 2L, 3L, lateral attorney, and support staff recruiting; Manage summer associate, lateral attorney, and support staff job postings; Assist with law school and summer associate recruiting, including planning on-campus events, and coordinating interviews; Help manage the summer associate program, including onboarding, training, event logistics, and communication; Maintain the recruiting database, including candidate data entry, interview scheduling, and tracking of lateral attorneys, summer associates, and support staff; Assist in preparation of NALP surveys and Flo Recruit listings; Help prepare and distribute materials for Recruiting Committee meetings; Coordinate onboarding process of lateral attorneys, fall associates, summer associates, and support staff; and. You must also have strong written and oral communication skills, strong analytical abilities, the ability to work well on a team, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
