p>What You Will Do: Evaluating processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions (using ESRI and MAVEN Smart Systems) Leading ongoing reviews of current operations processes and developing optimization strategies Respond to live requests and events with clients Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings Developing visualizations for high priority client needs using mapping and data science tools, all within MAVEN Smart Systems Performing requirements analysis Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and visualizations Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff Ensuring solutions meet client needs and requirements through internal reviews Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance Updating, implementing, documenting, and maintaining procedures Prioritizing initiatives based on client needs and requirements Managing competing resources and priorities Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills Experience with MAVEN Smart Systems or Palantir systems Experience using ESRI products and geospatial tools Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) environments and operations Experience with transportation management systems Experience supporting or delivering large scale IT system deployments.
