You'll get to:+ Process customer and internal requests in a positive and professional manner, while adhering to Stanley Black & Decker's Code of Business Ethics+ The ability to spend an average of 4 hours a day answering incoming calls and execute outgoing calls in support of customers, Sales, and supplier and peers in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction+ Assist the team and help other members to increase their knowledge and overcome roadblocks+ Process returns, replacement orders, customer requests for literature/information/technical support/order status and pricing+ Process shipment inquiries including, but not limited to, freight calculations, expedite orders, return authorizations, and delays+ Enter credit card transactions while ensuring accuracy+ Ability to learn/recognize multiple brands of equipment for industrial applications+ Maintain working knowledge of company products, policies, services, and procedures+ Other duties as assigned**The Person:**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
