Our team partners with trusted manufacturers to provide comprehensive process improvements, hands-on technical support, and high-quality products across a wide range of applications including coated and bonded abrasives, abrasive air and wheel blasting, mass finishing, paint and powder coating, additive manufacturing post-processing, and turnkey production services that help customers eliminate risk, protect uptime, and maintain consistent quality. The position serves as a key point of coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams, while also supporting inbound international shipments by providing timely and accurate delivery updates across the organization. The position includes face to face contact both individually and in groups; assisting individuals in developing a recovery plan and achieving objectives; assisting individuals in selecting services and/or program offerings that will be useful in achieving their recovery goals; offering support and mentoring as needed in the implementation of the recovery plan; and, exploring, securing and utilizing each clients support network and/or community resources. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and be 18 years of age or older Must have a minimum of three years in recovery from addiction to alcohol or other drugs and have a strong recovery program that includes natural supports Must have Recovery Specialist certification through the Pennsylvania Certification Board Valid drivers license with access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours. p>Stairways Mission: Stairways Behavioral Health assists persons with mental health care and addiction needs at any stage of life in their recovery by providing comprehensive rehabilitation, treatment, and supports essential for living, working, learning and participating fully in the community. Duties include: level of care assessments, intake/orientation, developing and implementing preliminary and comprehensive treatment plans, as well as providing individual and group counseling to provide clients with the opportunity to work towards treatment goals and explore recovery. |
