Consistently provides friendly and cooperative service to internal and external customers at our retail locations which operate 24 hours/7 days per week with limited exceptions, by processing customer orders in an efficient, accurate, safe and courteous manner at a two aisle check stand, a multi station self-checkout (SCO) lane, or customer service desk as assigned. Maintains a high level of awareness of the self-checkout area and customers; anticipates customer needs, monitors transaction activity, makes regular eye contact with customers, observes bottom of the basket, etc.
