Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or home services Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with computers and CRM/scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar) Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
