Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy, preparing bank deposits as needed, ensuring all night security lights are on, locking doors and securing building, arming/disarming security alarms, and checking/securing/locking delivery vehicle(s) parked in a secure designated area. Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed in an efficient and friendly manner, refunds are issued accurately using the correct payment methods, and returned merchandise is processed or staged in the returns area correctly.
p>The Assistant Director of Nursing assists the Director Of Nursing/Patient Care Manager with coordinating all aspects of patient/family care and support and facilitates communication and interaction among personnel providing services to terminally ill patients. A working knowledge of the objectives, framework, organization, and function of a hospice program as well as programs offered by different payors including Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, is preferred.
Responsibilities:-Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.-Explaining office procedures before treatment to patients.-Providing quality and compassionate care to every patient before, during and after dental treatment.-Patient management during dental procedures.-Dental charting of patient's pre-existing and accurate inputting of patient progress notes.-Providing patients with post-op instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures, such as the placement of a restoration (filling).-Taking impressions of patients' teeth for study casts (models of teeth).-Preparing and maintaining dental instruments, supplies and equipment.-Taking and developing x-rays, collecting and recording patient health histories.-Serving as an infection control officer, developing infection control protocol and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.-Monitor equipment and hand piece repairs for all operatory equipment, accurate completion and follow up of repair logs.-Completion of daily/weekly/monthly tasks including autoclave testing and cleaning of traps.-Assisting with monthly supply order.-Assisting clinic with recall and treatment plan reports, when requested.-Responsible for adhering to all government and company regulations.-Helping to provide direct patient care in all dental specialties, including orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job. The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers.
