We're looking for someone who is teachable, tech-savvy, can roll with constant change, works well independently but also a good teammate, must like to quote movies a lot and jam-out to music while working, karaoke skills is not required but highly recommended, must have solid (verbal & written communication skills) aka solid meme/gif skills, must not take self too seriously and must possess a glass-half full personality. Successful candidates should have prior property/casualty insurance experience (if not, that's okay too), superior customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), the ability to multi-task, and exceptional attention to detail.
