MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: • Bachelors degree, with a concentration in Business preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered • 8 years of experience in financial services or planning • Demonstrated understanding of estate, investment and financial planning issues for affluent and high net worth clients • CFP, JD, MBA or CPA preferred • Highly motivated; Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills require • Series 7, Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), and Life/Health Licenses for the states where business is conducted are all preferred and will allow for additional incentive potential.
