Express Lube Advisor / Internal Clerk

About the Position:

Best Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Lube Advisor / Internal Advisor to join our growing service department. This is a key, dual-role position that combines customer service and administrative support to ensure our Quick Lube lane runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Quick Lube Advisor Duties:

• Welcome customers into the service lane and identify their vehicle maintenance needs
• Provide accurate service recommendations (oil changes, filter replacements, etc.)
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
• Keep customers updated throughout their visit with professionalism and courtesy

Internal Clerk Duties:

• Accurately enter repair orders and service data into our system
• Maintain organized records and assist with internal service vehicles.
• Manage new and used vehicle inspection reports and provide estimates to the sales managers
• Perform general office support for the service and management teams

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic automotive knowledge or previous service advisor experience (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency with computers and office software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
