This is including but not limited to, direct management of a credit operations team, development of credit underwriting and collection policies and processes, customer servicing functions, receivables management, development and adherence to compliance and reporting requirements, program operations and improvements, and loss mitigation and collections strategies. This role works cross functionally with internal and external partners (including Information Technology, Product Managers, Operations, Accounting, Compliance, third-party vendors, and others) to develop and implement a trade credit management functions and strategies that supports strategic initiatives.
