Responsible for notifying police, fire departments, security personnel and College facilities staff of emergency situations, including inappropriate persons in the building, while being cognizant of his/her personal safety. Organize the resources necessary to produce development events, including the assistance of other college departments, venue, program, invitations, name tags, catering, technology, and day-of-event tasks.
