p>As the Senior Manager Digital Campaigns - Disputes, in collaboration with and in support of the firm's strategic initiatives, you will lead the design, planning, execution, and measurement of integrated, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for practice groups within the Disputes vertical, supporting brand awareness, demand generation, and business development initiatives.

Working in collaboration with the Director, Digital Campaigns, you will serve as a strategist promoting the firm's content on its external, global digital channels, developing creative ways to engage target audiences online and producing compelling content campaigns that align with the firm's brand identity, values and tone of voice.

As a Landscape Architect Project Manager, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of a wide range of projects, including parks, campuses, streetscapes, and mixed-use developments.

Essential Responsibilities: Ensures achievement of the community's revenue and occupancy goals by directing the community's marketing, advertising and sales activities, overseeing on-site traffic, ensuring an appropriate inventory of "ready" apartments, setting rent pricing and concessions, and monitoring the day-to-day sales and leasing activities. Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community's occupancy and sales results, develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and implements creative strategies around pricing, concessions, leasing incentives, and advertising to boost traffic and leases.
