p>Maxwell AFB 42d Force Support Squadron consists of five flights, which provide personnel services, education, training and professional development for both civilian and military personnel; a variety of diverse and challenging quality of life programs which include membership clubs, a golf course, bowling center, child care facilities (infant to teen), an airmen & family readiness center, lodging, mortuary affairs, honor guard, dining facilities, and a variety of outdoor recreation activities for military and civilian members and families of Maxwell Air Force Base and its mission partners. Prepares food by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting, slicing, dicing, pureeing, dredging, flouring or breading; weighs, measures and assembles ingredients for regular menu items; sets up and replenishes salad bar; portions foods for distribution and meal service, and covers, dates and stores leftovers according to established procedures.
