Provide for the prompt, efficient, and effective disposition of assigned cases Independently prepare and present witnesses and evidence at deposition Research, draft, file, and argue discovery and dispositive motions on behalf of clients Provide opinions to the Managing Attorney, Assistant Managing Attorney, staff, clients, and claims customers **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
