Responsibilities What You'll Do Develop compelling creative concepts from brief through execution Partner closely with a Copywriter to create integrated campaign ideas Create social-first content and platform-specific creative across paid, owned, and organic channels Design and evolve visual systems that scale across campaigns, content streams, and customer touchpoints Present creative work internally and to clients with confidence and clarity Collaborate with strategists, designers, producers, and account teams throughout the creative process Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all deliverables Stay current on digital culture, social trends, emerging platforms, and evolving creative best practices Help shape and maintain the visual identity of a major regional brand Qualifications Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in advertising, creative agencies, or related fields Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and exceptional design/art direction skills Demonstrated fluency with modern AI collaboration tools and a clear point of view on how they fit into the creative process.
