Note: Candidates must be able to perform physical labor in an active construction environment. You will support daily site operations across all phases of construction — assisting tradespeople, maintaining a clean and organized job site, moving materials, and performing general labor tasks that keep the project moving forward safely and efficiently.  The Fine Print: We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to employees in similar roles. HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES: - Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, including sitework, framing, interior build-out, and finishing work.
