Design Engineer Yanfeng International Automotive Technology Co LtdDesign EngineerNovi, MIThe CAD Designer / Engineer's key responsibilities include: Creating new CAD models of future products; Analyzing and modifying CAD models that YFSS receives from customers, suppliers, or other internal sources; Creating and modifying DWG files in the proper YFSS- and customer templates, including creating and applying the proper GD&T for the parts and assemblies; Managing CAD data releases in YF PLM; Communicating with internal YFITC and customer interfaces/ departments to transfer data. Understand the proper engineering design of plastic, cast Aluminum/ Magnesium, and stamped steel parts to avoid defects such as flow lines, sink marks, stress risers, etc.
