p>As a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA), you will work side-by-side with the Loan Officer (LO) in support of ALL aspects of sales and origination activities with the exception of running credit and discussing rates, fees or loan programs with borrowers.
FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university. Creditable specialized experience may have been gained in work on a police force; through service as a military police officer; in work providing visitor protection and law enforcement in parks, forests, or other natural resource or recreational environments; in performing criminal investigative duties; or in other work that provided the required knowledge and skills.

The Health and Safety Coordinator manages the participation in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures.
Responsibilities also include registering and tracking client equipment, documenting hardware and software changes, maintaining SOPs and continuity documentation, preparing configuration change requests, and clearly communicating technical information to technical and non-technical personnel and participating in meetings as a technical representative. b>Classroom & Audiovisual Support
Monitors and manages existing credit relationships which include note renewals, detailed analysis of current financial statements and collateral valuations, credit analysis, cash flow analysis, delinquency reporting, documenting and curing exceptions, covenant monitoring, compiling reports necessary to monitor asset and credit quality, and compliance with BancFirst policies/procedures/regulations. Negotiates loan proposals, analyzes and evaluates credit requests, recommends appropriate credit grade, creates and presents written loan memorandums for credit approval, and implements approval or declination action.

p>Responsible for maintaining relationships with referral sources in current markets and seeking referral sources in new and existing markets through outside calls. Responsible for positive, clear and on-going communication with customers, potential customers and co-workers to include a customer consultation with every loan application.
p>The Commercial Loan Officer is primarily responsible for making and servicing business and individual loans that involve significant amounts of both secured and unsecured loans, which could be complex in nature.
