p style="text-align:inherit"/>The Clinical Manager is responsible for the day to day triage of the Team activities of accepting referrals, assuring timely admissions, assigning patients to the appropriate team members and monitoring patient care as ordered on the interdisciplinary plan of care.
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for supervising applicable Case Managers, RNs, LPNs, CNA/HHAs, Therapists, Social Workers, Grief and Bereavement Coordinators, and Chaplains.
