li>Partner closely with product, engineering, infrastructure, procurement, and business teams to advise on export control implications for new products, features, partnerships, deployments, and cross-border technology transfers; assess export control issues relating to FDPR, intangible technology transfers, cloud/IaaS operations, API or software access, and other digital or infrastructure-enabled technology flows. Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day export control compliance work across TikTok's products, technologies, and infrastructure, with a primary focus on technical product counseling, ECCN classification, and licensing-related analysis; maintain clear and defensible compliance records including classification rationales, technical inputs, regulatory analysis, and supporting documentation to strengthen internal consistency and enforcement readiness.
