Typically requires a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field, with fifteen or more years of progressively complex experience with a Bachelors (or thirteen or more years with a Masters) in the various global trade compliance disciplines, and at least eleven of those years in trade compliance supervision/management.
