p>The Project Manager will lead construction projects from planning through closeout, working closely with clients, field leaders, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule and within budget. This is a growth-related opportunity with an established design-build construction firm focused on commercial and industrial projects, including educational facilities, churches, and other non-residential construction.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop and implement plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects and systems, guide vertical startup processes that support low‑loss production systems, and provide solutions to technical challenges that enhance production performance. Maintain the plant capital project list and partner with the Platform Engineering Director to secure resources such as Engineering Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Start‑Up Managers.
Through the use of clinical tools and information/data review, conducts comprehensive assessments of referred member's needs/eligibility and determines approach to case resolution and/or meeting needs by evaluating member's benefit plan and available internal and external programs/services. The Case Manager utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s benefit plan and/or health needs through communication and available resources to promote optimal, cost-effective outcomes.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience in hospital, home health, ambulatory care, or related healthcare settings required . • Evaluate member benefit plans and coordinate appropriate internal and external healthcare resources and services .
