Your day begins from your own home. No need to report to a central office, allowing you to travel directly to the communities you support. On rare occasions, you may respond to an emergency on-call situation.As a West Michigan Property Area Manager, you will act as a peer coach, guiding and supporting site managers and staff, including maintenance teams. You will help track vacancies, monitor capital projects, and resolve rent discrepancies, always keeping the corporate team informed. You will train staff on new processes, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and foster best practices across your portfolio.
