More about you: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Science, or a related discipline preferred; four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, with 10+ years of facilities maintenance experience including 3+ years in a managerial role, preferably within biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device Controlled Environmental Areas (CEAs). Plan and coordinate facility and CEA shutdowns, HVAC and equipment preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications, renovations, new equipment installations, and infrastructure improvement projects, including business cases, project plans, permitting, resource allocation, and execution oversight.
