li>Plans, organizes, manages, evaluates, and enforces City codes for zoning, property maintenance, nuisance, signage, fire, environmental and housing safety ordinances and other regulations through coordination with agencies and appropriate City departments to include building safety, planning & zoning, engineering, police, fire, legal services, and County health and environmental staff members.
