As the Legal Counsel, Business Litigation, you'll handle all facets of daily litigation strategy across a large financial services litigation portfolio, including management and direction of outside counsel, clear and concise counsel and direction to internal stakeholders at all levels across the business, to implement risk mitigation and successful defensive strategy that can be easily operationalized. Ideal candidate must be confident, enthusiastic, and a self-starter who is results oriented, exercises good judgment, and is sensitive to the needs of the business while skillfully and diplomatically managing risks for the organization.
