What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, Compensation, Data / Business Analysis or similar field required; A minimum of 5 years in Compensation or Total Rewards field preferred; High proficiency experience managing Compensation programs, working with Comp Programs and analytics job evaluation, reporting and process improvement; Strong Business partnership skills and project management; Effective communications skills, both oral and written; CCP, PHR/SPHR or other related certification preferred. Working closely with Payroll, Finance, and internal partners; Ensures accurate compensation processing, maintains program documentation, supports compensation cycles, and simplifies plan design to improve clarity and efficiency; Leverages compensation analytics and market data to guide decision-making and support leadership; serves as system owner for compensation platforms, reduces manual processes, improves automation, and partners with vendors and consultants to build scalable, sustainable compensation solutions.
