The role is responsible for ensuring the effective and consistent delivery of Workers’ Compensation service delivery and a positive employee experience including coaching/counseling employees and leadership, sourcing and selection, performance management vendor programs, organizational effectiveness, compensation, leader and employee development and providing HR leadership. The Manager, Workers’ Compensation role in the GHW organization is a strategic business partner who develops, formulates and implements people/organizational strategy for all of Delta’s Workers’ Compensation policies, processes and procedures integrated with the corporate strategic direction, Corporate Security, Corporate Legal, HR, and Risk Management.
