Value: ⢠Partners with Vice President, Total Rewards on strategy formulation and administration of the Firm's compensation plans such as base salary, incentive compensation and equity plans, as well as health and welfare, leave, retirement, workers' compensation, and income protection plans globally ⢠Acts as a Project Manager with the due diligence process and manages the compensation and benefits integration process for mergers and acquisitions, and international expansion ⢠Creates and maintains compensation philosophy and policy documents, including incentive compensation programs globally in coordination with local support and Ryan overall philosophy ⢠Provides guidance for Compensation team of development, implementation, and maintaining pay structures, incentive programs, and other variable pay programs across all geographic areas ⢠Leads execution and project management globally ⢠Assures compensation programs directly support strategic goals and are competitive, cost effective, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations ⢠Assists in managing the Annual Salary Review and Talent Review cycles ⢠In coordination of Incentive Compensation Manager, manages and administers all aspects of the discretionary incentive compensation programs ⢠Keeps apprised of international, federal, state, and local compensation and benefit laws and regulations in order to ensure Firm compliance ⢠Acts as primary lead in the coordination and execution of annual plan renewals and enrollments, including the evaluation of proposals, the modification of benefit materials, the coordination of enrollment meetings, and the transmission of enrollment data to vendors (Global).
