Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, including Workforce Compensation, Total Compensation Statements, and Salary Administration; Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with HR and business leaders; Translate business needs into scalable, efficient Oracle Cloud configurations; Provide strategic guidance on compensation best practices and system capabilities; Configure Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, including plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet design, modelling, and budgeting; Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and external systems; Lead testing cycles (POC, CRP, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities; Develop functional specifications for reports, dashboards, and integrations; Coordinate with technical teams, offshore resources, and cross-functional partners; Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks. Partnering closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, you'll deliver end-to-end compensation processes, including salary, bonus, and workforce compensation cycles, while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and best practices.
