As a Compliance Analyst, typical tasks may include, but are not limited to: Compliance Program Development and Management: Design, implement, and maintain the company's compliance program, including policy development and maintenance, compliance monitoring, auditing coordination, and periodic reporting Head of Legal, senior leadership, and others as appropriate. General Compliance and Legal Support: As part of a small, collaborative legal team, this role may provide broad-based support on related legal and operational matters, including assisting with document review and due diligence, compliance-related contract provisions, and coordination with outside counsel.
