REQUIREMENTS Ā· 3-5 years direct field experience Ā· US Equivalent Certification OSHA 30 NCCER Ā· Basic first aid and CPR training required Ā· EMT and HAZMAT first responder training a plus Ā· Proven leadership and client relationship skills Ā· Exceptional written and oral communication skills Ā· Superior ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Ā· High level of professionalism and proactive focus Ā· Ability to work in diverse work groups and settings Ā· Ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills Ā· Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in interpreting and applying company policies to issues and problems Ā· Knowledge of policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, provincial, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, institutions, and environment Ā· Able to lead the safety culture on site Ā· Ability to work in diverse work groups and settings Ā· Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard, and shop locations Ā· Working indoors in an office environment Ā· Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary.
