Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing one or two years of post-bachelor degree work, such as a master's in social work, public health, student affairs, nonprofit management, or a related field; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in student services, outreach, or basic needs coordination; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position supervises student staff, coordinates site logistics, and ensures a welcoming environment while also managing the site's software system, supporting budget oversight, and leading grant-writing efforts to sustain and expand programming.
