SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-09 Level - MUST possess specialized experience, which includes 12 months experience at the lower-level GS-07 or equivalent, or training in Developing, managing, and executing the EM programs, ensuring all military, civilian and contract personnel are trained and equipped to support home station and worldwide contingency operations.
