The Regional Leasing Specialist will also act as a trainer for onsite team members, both leading by example and guiding others by demonstrating Pratum’s leasing and customer service techniques and the effective use of CRM tools, optimizing traffic flow, building response templates, and generating performance reports to analyze KPIs and share insights with clients and internal teams. Partner with the Community Manager, Regional Property Manager, and Vice President in providing supervision, guidance, and training to onsite leasing staff, supporting them in achieving leasing goals and demonstrating Pratum’s best practices in leasing, property presentation/curb appeal, customer service and follow-up.
