We are seeking a skilled and experienced Voice Engineer specializing in mergers and acquisitions to join our team. You will sit within the Chase Social Media team reporting reports directly to the Executive Director, Strategy and Ambassador Programs and working closely with Chase's community managers, Chase Social Content Team, external communications, and legal partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and engagement for the program. Build and nurture strong relationships within the social media team and with key partners, including Chase Community Managers, CCB Marketing Team, video teams, firmwide ambassador programs, PR teams, and legal. Microsoft Teams and Cisco VoIP Support: o Serve as backup support for Microsoft Teams Phone System configurations, including Direct Routing and SBC management. Collaboration and Communication: o Work closely with IT, network, and security teams to ensure Genesys Cloud integration aligns with broader infrastructure. Basic Qualifications: Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience; a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree. Must have experience with designing and maintaining LAN/WAN based networks, managing routing protocols on large LAN environments, and experience with Cisco hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls).
