BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Director of Special Education will provide consultation to Cascade Union Elementary School District regarding positive behavioral support and classroom management; assist instructional personnel in the implementation of behavioral support plans; participate as a member of the educational team to design and supervise implementation of classroom programs for students with behavioral issues. Ability to: Work with student having special needs; Demonstrate an understanding, patient, and receptive attitude toward students of varied age groups, and varied disabilities; Appropriately manage student behavior and guide student toward more acceptable social behaviors; Implement positive behaviors support plans, Model appropriate behavioral interventions; Gather record behavioral data.

The PC will be the day-to-day lead for logistical tasks and execution of Cluster promotional activities including, but not limited to, timely internal electronic and paper-based communications with staff and management, event setup/takedown, resource management and storage, promotional fulfillment, file-making and upkeep and errands.
