div>· Property management experience preferred
· Experience with property management software preferred
· Strong communication, problem-solving skills and people skills
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
· Must be able to travel within the local area Northwest Arkansas
· Real Estate License preferred. Conduct property inspections (move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections)
· Oversee tenant communication, lease enforcement, and conflict resolution
· Oversee rent collection and delinquency processes
· Maintain accurate records using property management software
· Ensure compliance with Arkansas landlord-tenant laws.
