Other measures of success include: teamwork (ability and willingness to work with other team members for the success of the department and for the growth of the individual), delinquency for your team and the department, composition of delinquency for your team and the department (10-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91+), net repossessions, and chargebacks, and related team goals. Individual must be a team player who works cooperatively with peers, employees, managers and other departments, along with external customers such as third party agencies, customers, employers, customer’s family members, court representatives and attorneys.
