li>Prepare effective game strategies; using proven and effective coaching techniques; designing and coordinating practice sessions for the team; assisting on location before, during and after competition. This includes, but is not limited to, recruiting academically qualified and athletically talented high school athletes, leading and managing the student-athletes and assistant coach, organizing and running practices, creating and sustaining an environment that supports the Tufts mission, building a competitive schedule, operating the program within budgetary limits, managing administrative tasks effectively, and actively participating in alumni engagement and fundraising activities. Tufts Athletics has won 17 NCAA team championships since 2010 and has finished in the top 10 of the Learfield Sports Directors' Cup every year for the past decade, including winning the Director's Cup in 2022 as the top Division III Athletic Department in the nation.

The Norton Public Schools is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Girls Basketball Head Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. Norton High School is a member of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletics Association and Tri-Valley League.
