Develop preparation plans in upcoming competitions (local meets, state, regional, and national) including ensuring team members' physical and mental readiness, having routines that meet competition requirements, conditioning and injury prevention, mock competitions, logistical planning, registration, travel plans and accommodation (if needed), uniforms and equipment, parent-guardian communication, emergency planning, and team coordination. Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of competitive team gymnastics strategy for the assigned branch, including organization, preparation and implementation of progressive team lesson plans ensuring focus on skills advancement and mastery, choreography, team dynamics, team competition readiness, commitment, and safety at trainings and competitions.
