Responsible for direct patient care, housekeeping, cooking, carrying out assigned nurse delegation tasks, engaging the patient in day-to-day activities of daily living, and therapist-directed activities. - Follow through on the patient plan of care in collaboration with other transdisciplinary team members, including assisting in rehabilitation activities assigned to promote education, and maintaining patient engagement.
